'Armed and Dangerous' Alleged Armed Robber Suspect with Gun Sought

U.S. Marshals are asking for the public's help finding Justin Richardson, this week's New Hampshire Fugitive of the Week.

CONCORD, NH — The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is seeking helping finding an armed robbery suspect from the eastern part of the state who allegedly failed to show up for a court hearing in September, according to U.S. Marshals. Justin C. Richardson, 21, is this week’s Fugitive of the Week.

Richardson is 5 feet, 8 inches tall, weighs about 165 lbs., and has brown eyes and hair. The warrant for his arrest was issued on Sept. 7, 2016, out of Strafford County, according to Deputy Jeffrey White of the U.S. Marshals Service.

“Richardson was last known to be living in Rochester, NH, where he has extensive ties to family, friends and associates throughout the Strafford County area,” White noted, adding that he should be considered armed and dangerous.

Richardson and his father, Jonathan Richardson, were arrested two years ago for a crime spree and allegedly tied up an elderly woman to a bed in Newington, according to WMUR-TV.
