Nashua Man, 20, Charged With Aggravated Sexual Assault

NASHUA, NH — A 20-year-old Nashua man was arrested Monday and charged with sexually assaulting a woman in the parking lot of a South End business last month. Jonathan Marden, of 5 Blackstone Drive, Apt. 27, was booked and released on $250 bail pending a January arraignment.

Police said they were notified of the assault on October 26. Marden and the victim knew each other before the assault happened, according to Nashua police Lt. Kerry Baxter.

Marden was charged with aggravated sexual assault, a felony. He will be arraigned Jan. 11 in Nashua District Court.
