Nashua Woman Killed After Fleeing Traffic Stop, Crashing: Police
Jessica Garcia, 26, of Nashua, died after police say she fled a police stop and crashed on the Everett Turnpike.
NASHUA, NH — A Nashua woman was killed Wednesday morning after police said she fled a traffic stop and crashed her vehicle on the Everett Turnpike.
Jessica Garcia, 26, was transported to Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead.
Police said at about 12:50 a.m., a state trooper pulled over Garcia as she was driving a 2006 Nissan Maxima on the southbound side of the highway near Exit 8.

"While (the trooper) attempted to identify the driver of the vehicle, the driver fled from the scene at a high rate of speed," state police said in a statement. "Subsequently the vehicle crashed while taking the exit 7W off ramp."
State police said an investigation is ongoing.
