Nash: Sign Bedford Budget Petition: Secure Use Of Real Ballot To Vote

Bedford Voters,

You can double the impact of your trip to the polls on Tuesday by signing the petition to start the process to put the Bedford Town Budget on the Bedford Town Ballot.

Thousands of you use the ballot to vote on our school budget each March, and have your say on nearly $80 million dollars of taxpayer investment in our schools.

But, you don't get that chance for the almost $40 million dollar Bedford Town Budget.

72 people went to a special meeting in the BHS auditorium, the night after the March polls, to raise their hands and vote on town budget motions.

It's time for change! It's time for the Bedford Town Budget to be on the ballot!
