Six NH Juveniles Arrested for Assault, Riot, Other Charges

Cops: Nine juveniles chased another juvenile and assaulted and threatened him in Manchester earlier this mont, according to police.

MANCHESTER, NH - Queen City police have arrested six juveniles after a “thorough investigation” into an incident earlier this month.

According to Manchester Police, at around 10 p.m. on March 13, 2016, officers were sent to Elliot Hospital for a report of juvenile who was being treated for “several significant by non-life threatening injuries sustained during an assault.”

The juvenile, according to the initial investigation, was chased by a group of nine subjects who reportedly caught and assaulted him simultaneously.

“Manchester Juvenile detectives conducted a thorough investigation leading to the arrest of six juveniles for crimes committed during this offense ranging from riot, second-degree assault, simple assault, criminal threatening, and reckless conduct,” according to Sgt. Christopher Biron of the Manchester Police Department.

The investigation, according to Biron, is ongoing.
