The Social, Legal Implications of Underage Alcohol Parties Discussed March 27
Members of the Bedford Police Department and the department's Police Prosecutor will discuss and enlighten attendees regarding the law.

BEDFORD, NH — Hosting a birthday party in your home for your high school student and friends? Going away for a short vacation and you plan to leave your responsible high school student at home to look after things? Do you keep alcohol in the home? Do you know it’s a violation of law if an underage person has consumed alcohol?
Find out what your social and legal liabilities are at BeBOLD’s (Bedford - Building Our Lives Drug-free) monthly speaker series event from 7 to 8 p.m. on Monday, March 27, 2017, at the Bedford Public Library in the McAllaster Room.
Members of the Bedford Police Department and their Police Prosecutor will discuss and enlighten you regarding the law and explain how you could be putting yourself at risk for lawsuits or even criminal prosecution. Join us for an informative 20 minute presentation followed by a question and answer session to learn how to protect you, your home, and your children. This presentation will be moderated by Chief John Bryfonski, Bedford Police Department and BeBOLD Vice President.

BeBOLD is a 501(c)(3) non-profit drug awareness, education and prevention coalition in Bedford, NH. The coalition includes adult and youth volunteers as well as local police, school and community professionals. BeBOLD’s mission is to prevent substance abuse in the Bedford community by educating Bedford’s adults and youth about the current dangers of all kinds of substance abuse, including alcohol, illegal drugs, prescription drugs and tobacco.
