Officers were called to Conant Street at just before 8 p.m. last night for a report of a threat incident involving a firearm, according to Lt. Brian O’Keefe of the Manchester Police Department. When they arrived at the scene, they spoke with a woman who was visiting a friend in the building. The woman alleged that she pulled into the driveway of the home behind another vehicle – reportedly being driven by Cerullo – and an argument ensued.

“Cerullo allegedly exited her car and engaged in an argument with the victim before pointing a handgun at her,” O’Keefe stated. “Both women are familiar with one another. Cerullo claimed the woman spat on her, so she pulled out a Smith and Wesson .38 and pointed it at the victim’s chest. A resident inside the building heard the victim screaming, so she exited the first-floor apartment. Upon exiting, she observed a red laser pointed at the victim’s chest as Cerullo pointed the gun toward the victim.”

The officers separated everyone involved, located the handgun in the vehicle – which was fully loaded with a laser sight affixed to the rail, according to police – and after investigating the incident and taking statements, arrested Cerullo.
