Why are you seeking elective office?

Having lived in New Hampshire for over 40 years and benefited during that time from the New Hampshire Advantage, I'd like to fulfill my civic duty and play a role in preserving that advantage.

The single most pressing issue facing our (board, district, etc.) is _______, and this is what I intend to do about it.

The economy. Spending needs to be curtailed, schools and businesses need to be opened, people need to get back to work.

What are the critical differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?

The Republican team for the seven seats are in sync. Republican values include a belief in individual responsibility, equal opportunity and less government. Our Democrat opponents on the other side of the aisle prefer equal outcome, higher taxes and more government.

If you are a challenger, in what way has the current board or officeholder failed the community (or district or constituency)

My opponent has voted to raise taxes on multiple occasions, restrict gun rights and provide drivers' licenses to illegal aliens.

Describe the other issues that define your campaign platform

Strengthen the economy creating more opportunity, reduce energy costs bringing in more industry/jobs and promoting choice in education.

What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?

Founder, CEO of company with over 150 employees and multi-million dollar budgets for over 20 years.

The best advice ever shared with me was …

Choose your friends carefully. Surround yourself with good people.

What else would you like voters to know about yourself and your positions?

Firm believer in the Constitution. Lincoln is correct in saying, 'A house divided against itself cannot stand.' We have a responsibility to find a way to work together, in spite of our differences. The voters deserve the best in us.
