Stolen Wheelchair Investigation In Manchester Leads To Warrant
Manchester police have issued a warrant for Devyn Smith-Gutierrez, 22, and are seeking help from the public in locating him.

MANCHESTER, NH — Manchester police are asking for the public to help locate a man they say was involved in the theft of an $8,000 wheelchair
Police responded to a theft report on Sept. 4, to investigate a missing motorized wheelchair. The wheelchair was not where the owner left it, and police believed it was stolen.
Investigators say they have identified a suspect in the investigation and are seeking information on his location. Police would like to locate Devyn Smith-Gutierrez, 22, and say they have issued a warrant for his arrest.
