Strong Storms Heading to New Hampshire

There is a low to moderate risk for damaging storms overnight on Tuesday night into Wednesday morning, according to the National Weather Service.

A hazardous weather statement issued Tuesday morning for eastern and western Hillsborough, as well as Merrimack County and interior Rockingham County. According to the alert, strong thunderstorms with heavy rain and strong winds are expected to move through on Tuesday night and early Wednesday. Wind gusts are also expected at times. 

In addition, an “isolated tornado or even small hail cannot be ruled out,” the weather service said, due to the storm conditions.
