A relative, according to police, was worried about Clark so she called the property manager to make a wellness check. When the building manager spoke with Clark through a window, he reportedly “was speaking incoherently and appeared to be under the influence,” according to Lt. Brian O’Keefe of the Manchester Police Department. He allegedly then made threats if they attempted to enter his apartment, according to police. The property manager backed away, called fire and rescue teams, who then called police.

“An element of on-duty SWAT personnel arrived on scene with the Bearcat and made contact with Clark,” O’Keefe alleged. “He made repeated threats toward law enforcement as they attempted to get him out of the apartment. Clark eventually exited the home due to the deployment of tear gas. He was taken into custody and transported to police headquarters.”

Clark was scheduled to be arraigned this morning.
