Manchester Teen Accused Of Spitting At Jail’s Corrections Officers: Superior Court Roundup

MANCHESTER, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Malena DaSilva, 41, of Pleasant Street in Paxton, Massachusetts, on receiving stolen property-a 2019 Honda Civic and four controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, fentanyl, parafluorofentanyl, cocaine, and methamphetamine, all felonies, in Bedford on Jan. 17.

Sage DaSilva-Belanger, 25, of Crowley Street in Manchester on two felony insurance fraud charges. He was accused of defrauding Progressive Direct Auto on March 4 in Manchester by purchasing insurance after a crash and claiming false information.

Marian Daud, 19, of Auburn Street in Manchester on aggravated harassment-assault by prisoner, aggravated assaults by prisoner, and simple assaults by prisoner charges, both felonies. She was accused of spitting at a corrections employee on June 22 in Manchester.

Daniel De Pinho Tavares, 27, of Ferry Street in Manchester on a controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on Feb. 18 in Manchester.

Sean Desio, 32, of Manchester Street in Manchester on two forgery and two theft by deception charges, all felonies. He was accused of cashing two counterfeit checks drawn on the account of AAA Pump Service at St. Mary’s Bank in Manchester for $3,742.60 and $3,875.10 on Dec. 22, 2023.

John Matthew Donnell, 36, of Scriber Road in Tilton on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and crack cocaine charges on March 21 in Manchester.

Trevor Drew, 33, of Wild Turkey Road in Deerfield on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of causing more than $1,500 worth of damage in the Country Inn & Suites in Bedford on March 14.

Alexander Ellison, 29, of Auburn Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of striking another person, causing them to lose consciousness on May 13, 2021, in Manchester.

Miguel Figueroa, 40, of Manchester Street in Manchester on two felony illegal possession of a controlled drug charges, fentanyl and crack cocaine, on Feb. 7 in Manchester.

Chelsea Foley, 32, of Somerville Street in Manchester on identity fraud, illegal possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-meth, and illegal possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-fentanyl charges, all felonies. She was accused of posing as another in order to not be arrested on a warrant on Jan. 30 in Manchester. Foley was previously convicted of a prior offense.
