Teen Indicted On Shotgun Threat Charge: Hillsborough County Roundup

Mass. man indicted on carfentanil charge, homeless woman indicted on meth charge, Manchester man indicted for allegedly hitting pedestrian.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.

Shawn Brousseau, 44, of Union Street in Manchester, incarcerated in the Rockingham County House of Corrections at the time of the indictment, on felony receiving stolen property and false report to law enforcement charges. On June 9, 2017, he allegedly took control of a stolen vehicle in Manchester and gave a false name to police when stopped.

Benjamin Bryant, 27, with a last known address of Taft Street in Salisbury, MA, for possession of carfentanil, a felony, and false report to law enforcement. The charge stems from an alleged incident on April 13, 2017, in Manchester. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of a prior offense.

Real Bureau, 35, pictured lower left, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for tampering with witnesses and criminal liability to witness tampering. On April 2, and May 2, 2017, he allegedly threatened a witness with physical violence in retaliation and solicited a man known as “Lurch” to commit witness tampering – targeting another man as a rat – after another man made a statement to the Pelham Police Department.

Yvonne Calawa, 31, pictured lower middle, of Montgomery Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine allegedly on April 27, 2017, in Manchester.

Samuel Caraballo, 19, pictured lower right, of Dover Street in Manchester, for felony criminal threatening for allegedly took ahold of a shotgun after a police officer told him not to on March 27, 2017, in Manchester.

Patrick Carroll, 29, of Merrimack Street in Lowell, MA, for felony burglary, endangering the welfare of a child, and criminal threatening. On April 30, 2017, he allegedly entered into a Manchester building and damaged some belongings. The indictment also alleges that Carroll told another person in the home, “You’re f------ dead,” and also swung a DVD player by its cord while holding onto a child.

Justin Castillo, 32, pictured upper right, of Finch Lane in Manchester, for felony conduct after an accident. On April 14, 2017, in Manchester, he allegedly struck a pedestrian and failed to stop and leave his information.

Burt Chalston, 28, pictured upper middle, of Granite Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Oxycodone allegedly on May 4, 2017, in Manchester.

Nicholas Chaney, 32, pictured upper right, of Conant Street in Manchester, for felony criminal threatening. On May 22, 2017, in Manchester, he allegedly brandished a firearm at another person.
