Teens, Others Rounded Up in NH Drug Raid
Police: Guns, heroin, pills, pot, and cash found at Massabesic Street, Wilson Street locations; perps are suspected gang members

MANCHESTER, NH - The Queen City’s Special Enforcement Division along with SWAT teams raided two locations in Manchester this morning and made a number of arrests, according to a press statement.
Arrested on May 4, 2016, were:
- Brian Rutherford, 18, for sale controlled drug (conspiracy) and two counts of possession with intent to distribute (prescription pill, oxycodone, heroin).
- Jennifer Sennott, 18, for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
- David Hamilton, 18, of possession of controlled drug and a bench warrant.
- Daniel Jesus Cora, age unknown, for falsifying physical evidence involving a firearm.
- George Robinson, age unknown, for warrant sale controlled drug (conspiracy) receiving stolen property (2), felonious use of firearm, possession w/intent (heroin).
- Hayleigh Soarses, 19, on a warrant.
- Kristine Soarses, 42, on a warrant.

According to police, the arrests were the culmination of a one-month investigation into the sale of heroin on 366 Massabesic St. as well as allegations of “suspected gang members” being in possession of firearms.

Search warrants were requested yesterday for both the Massabesic Street address and another address, 215 Wilson St.
According to police, the teams seized 21.5 grams of heroin, 82.5 grams of marijuana, and suboxone and oxycodone pills, with a total street value of around $1,900. Another $2,300 in currency was also allegedly found, according to a press statement. Police also seized a stolen Berretta 9 mm, a Mossberg 12-gauge shotgun, and a Diamond Back .38-caliber semi-automatic handgun, according to the report.
