Thieves Burglarize Macy's
Bedford Police: Thousands of dollars of merchandise was removed from the store this morning.
Bedford Police are looking for assistance in identifying the people responsible for burglarizing Macy’s Department store on South River Road early this morning, according to an alert.
Officers were sent to the store around 2:30 a.m. on May 10, 2015, for an alarm activation and quickly realized that the store had been burglarized.
“Upon arrival, officers observed there was forced entry into the building,” according to Sgt. Devon Kimball of the Bedford Police Department. “Further investigation revealed the theft of thousands of dollars of merchandise removed from the store.

Police released these screenshots from video surveillance inside the store.
Detectives are currently investigating the incident and are asking anyone with any information about it to call Bedford Police at 603-472-5113.
