​Threat Reported On Bedford High School Bathroom Wall

Breaking: An unspecific, unsubstantiated threat was found written on a bathroom door of the building, according to police.

BEDFORD, NH — The Bedford Police Department is investigating a threat reportedly found in a bathroom at the high school on Oct. 25, 2017, according Chief John J. Bryfonski of the Bedford Police Department. Around 1 p.m., officers responded to the high school on Nashua Road after "administrators reported that an unspecific, unsubstantiated threat was found written on a bathroom door," he noted in an alert. Out of an abundance of caution, the school was evacuated and Bedford Police conducted a search of the building.

The incident remains under investigation by the Bedford Police Department but investigators are asking for the public to come forward with information. Call the Bedford Police Department Detective Division at 603-472-5113.
