Three Arrested on Heroin Charges

Task force alleges that Manchester, Goffstown residents were involved in drug possession and deals in, out of state.

The Manchester Police Special Enforcement Division arrested three more individuals who were either allegedly in possession of drugs or dealing them on city streets, according to report.

Brian Landry, 25, of Manchester, Miranda Gardner, 23, of Manchester, (pictured, center), and Halie Babcock, 23, of Goffstown, were all arrested on Feb. 3, 2015. Landry and Gardner were charged with sale of a controlled drug for “prior sales” incidents and Babcock was charged with possession.

Police targeted Landry and he allegedly sold heroin to undercover detectives. They also alleged that he purchased heroin in Lawrence, MA, following him to an undisclosed location, with a plan to stop him later with “a large quantity of heroin.”
