The 2023 revaluation impact notices have been mailed. The notices contain the new assessed values for all Bedford properties. The mailings also contain instructions on how to schedule an informal hearing either by phone or in-person with hearing officers from Vision Government Solutions; call toll free 888-844-4300 between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday – Friday, or go to www.vgsi.com/schedules

The Bedford Assessors Office is unable to schedule hearings, so it’s important to use the provided phone number or website link on the impact notice. The notices are easily mistaken for junk mail, so please watch mail carefully.
