Two Indicted for Stealing Armani Statues
Plus, Hollis man indicted for aggravated felonious sexual assault against a child in 2001; Nashua man indicted for strangling woman.

The following people were indicted in Hillsborough Superior Court recently:
Tyler Cahill, 24, of Seventh Street in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing items from Marshalls in Nashua on Sept. 25, 2014, after already being convicted of theft in 2014.
Ross Clapper, 24, of Lafayette Terrace in Chelmsford, MA, for felony receiving stolen property for allegedly stealing 13 Armani statues between March and April 2014 in Nashua. Cassondra Davis, 26, of Blossom Street in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking and fraudulent use of a credit card for using a Bank of America card at Shaw’s on Main Street ($155) and the 13 Armani statues.

Joseph Cutter, 24, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, and Willow Street in Manchester, for felony second-degree assault and four simple assault-domestic violence charges after allegedly strangling, slapping, and pulling the hair a woman in September 2014 in Nashua.
Maia Daniels, 29, of Center Court in Nashua, on four counts of felony possession of a controlled drug (amphetamine, dextroamphetamine, alprazolam, lorazepam, butalbital, and buprenorphine) in September 2014.

Lonnie Davis, 54, of Palm Street in Nashua, for two felony counts of sale of a narcotic drug (cocaine) in June 2014 in Nashua.
James Dobson, 26, of Highbridge Road in Nashua or Willow Street in Manchester, for receiving stolen property and theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies. He allegedly retained and obtained control of a 2004 Ford Ranger pickup in October 2014 in Nashua.
Kempton Doyle, 54, of Westgate Crossing in Nashua, for two counts of felony burglary after allegedly breaking into a home on Main Dunstable Road in Nashua in October 2014.
Steven Duvall, 39, of Louisburg Square in Nashua, for felony possession of a narcotic drug (oxycodone), possession of a controlled drug (marijuana), operating after a suspension (second offense), and transporting alcoholic beverages in September 2014 in Nashua.
William F. Evans, 34, of Ridge Road in Fitchburg, MA, for two counts of felony burglary, simple assault-domestic violence, and violation of a protective order, for allegedly breaking into a Hillcrest Drive home in Greenville in October 2014, and pulling a woman by the air when he was ordered not to have contact with the woman in 2013.
Kevin Foye, 59, of Proctor Hill Road in Hollis, for aggravated felonious sexual assault, extended term felony, allegedly against a child under 13, between June 2001 and September 2001.
