The public is invited to hear Tym Rourke, Director of Substance Use Disorders Grantmaking and Strategic Initiatives, NH Charitable Foundation. He will be making his presentation at the Bedford Public Library on May 10 at 7:00 PM.
Serious concerns have arisen over the increased use of hard drugs in New Hampshire. There have recently been four heroin-related deaths of Bedford area individuals.
Tym is a health philanthropy professional with over 15 years experience in substance use disorder prevention and treatment, mental health promotion and treatment, community organizing and youth engagement. His work brings him into close contact and partnership with community stakeholders, and leaders at the local, regional, state, and national level.
