Underage Bedford Residents Arrested at Hampton Party

Twenty-five young adults face a variety of underage drinking-related charges stemming from an illegal drinking party on Tuttle Avenue in Hampton last week.

Hampton Police Lt. Dan Gidley said 25 individuals, ranging in age from 17 to 20 years old, all face at least a count of unlawful possession of alcohol for the 19 Tuttle Ave. party, which was reported as a loud party with disorderly conduct to police on Friday, Jan. 20, at 11:55 p.m.

David Durant, 20, of Bristol, was also charged with facilitating the underage house party, while Stephen E. Ramette, 18, of Seabrook, was charged with resisting arrest or detention, said Gidley.

The following individuals were only charged with unlawful possession of alcohol: Andrew Doane, 18, of Rochester; Karl Fuller, 18, of Derry; Sarah A. Gallant, 19, of Methuen, Mass.; Jeffrey Balbi, 19, of Lawrence, Mass.; Ashley McCarthy-Tremelay, 20, of Salem; Sarah Stacy, 17, of Salem; Autumn I. Connors, 17, of Londonderry; Stephen Barbin, 19, of Methuen, Mass.; Jessica Coggswell, 17, North Andover, Mass.; Tyler P. Phillips, 20, of Bedford; David McNee Jr., 20, of Wilmington, Mass.; Joseph J. Fitzgerald Jr., 17, of Methuen, Mass.; Devaughn A. Johnson, 17, of, Haverhill, Mass.; Robert Monserrat, 19, of Methuen, Mass.; Jaymi Hernandez, 18, of Haverhill, Mass.; Amanda Keeler, 18, of Salem; Jared T. Hafford, 20, of Haverhill, Mass.; Jeremie Caron, 19, of Haverhill, Mass.; Barry Brandon, 18, of Haverhill, Mass.; Francis Mitchell, 19, of Methuen, Mass.; John W. Lawless, 19, of Bedford; and Thomas Kane, 19, of Rockport, Mass.

Gidley said a 16-year-old juvenile also faces charges from the party. All of the suspects will be arraigned in Hampton District Court at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 8.
