U.S. Marshals Looking for Cocaine Dealer

This week’s Fugitive of the Week is Joshua Torres, 35, formerly of Manchester but believed to be somewhere in New Hampshire, for supervised release violation stemming from a cocaine sales conviction.

Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White said in a release that Torres has “an extensive history of arrests.”

Torres is 6-feet, 1-inch tall, and weighs around 185 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes and a number of tattoos in his arms, elbows, and chest. Torres also has an artificial right eye, according to an alert. His warrant was issued out of U.S. District Court on Dec. 3.

Torres was originally arrested in August 2010, according to online reports.
