The Red Sox Foundation is running a sweepstakes to give fans a chance to win one of the rings. You can enter the sweepstakes at redsox.com/win. A $1 donation gets you one entry - there is a limit of 500 entries per person.

The winner gets an authentic championship ring, and the proceeds will support local organizations the foundation bolsters.

"This is such a unique opportunity for Red Sox fans to not only have a chance to win a World Series ring, but to also support the charitable programs that the Red Sox Foundation runs, and the many non-profit organizations we help champion throughout Boston and New England," Red Sox Foundation Executive Director Bekah Salwasser said in a release.

The Red Sox Foundation garnered $3.9 million in similar sweepstakes after World Series championships in 2004, 2007 and 2013.
