WATCH: Police Seek Assistance with Shooting Incident
Security footage released from the scene of a shooting in Manchester this morning reveals two men, one limping away from the scene.

MANCHESTER, NH — Police in the Queen City are investigating a shooting incident at an apartment building this morning where a man was shot and two other men were caught on video surveillance leaving the residence. The incident, according to police, occurred in the 300 block of Spruce Street at around 12:30 a.m. on Jan. 18, 2017.
The victim – a 43-year-old man – sustained a non-life threatening gunshot wound to his hand.

“Video surveillance captured an image of two men dressed in white Ty-Vek suits entering the apartment building shortly before the shooting occurred,” according to Lt. Brian O’Keefe of the Manchester Police Department. “Detectives believe at least one of the men was armed at the time of the incident. The victim was shot, but refused to cooperate with the investigation, so it is unknown what the motive for the shooting is. This act of violence does not appear to be random and the victim was most likely targeted.”

The men were captured on security cameras entering the area and then fleeing the area. In the video clip where the pair were fleeing, one man appears to have an injury to his right foot that causes him to limp during the video.
“It is unknown what caused the injury to the perpetrators foot,” O’Keefe stated. “Investigators are hopeful the suspect will seek medical treatment at an area hospital.”
The men were described as African-American and were considered to be tall. One had facial hair. No other descriptions were available at post time.
