What's Needed in Gibson's Old Space?

Now that Gibson's Bookstore has reopened in its new location at 45 S. Main St., its previous space, at 27 S. Main St. in Downtown Concord is now available, and it's time for another Visions for Vacancies post. 

The 4,000 square foot retail and retail space is right next to the Capitol Commons Garage and Red River Theatres.

According to the broker, Wendy Keeler of Fairway Real Estate, the space could be utilized as a store, restaurant, or professional office space. There is a full basement for storage, with an office and bathroom, as well as the store space. 

The space is available at $14 per square foot (annual) or $4,600 per month.
