CONCORD, NH — CSG Hockey, a Concord-based hockey retailer with roots at the Everett Arena, has changed ownership as longtime owner David Palisi sold the business to Zac Guercia, the company announced.
Guercia most recently served as the store’s general manager since September 2023 and has worked with CSG Hockey on and off since 2003. Guercia brings more than 15 years of professional hockey experience to the role, including work as a Head Equipment Manager in the ECHL and AHL. His experience also includes time with the Manchester Monarchs and the Lehigh Valley Phantoms.
CSG Hockey said the ownership change keeps the business locally owned.
The company now operates at 276 N. State St. in Concord and also has a Rink Store inside Hooksett’s Delta Dental Arena. The shop started at Everett Arena in Concord before relocating to Loudon Road and later expanding to its current locations.
Guercia said he plans to build on the store’s existing approach while drawing on his professional background.
“This store has always been about relationships and service,” he said. “I’m proud to continue what Dave built and bring my professional experience back to the community that supported me.”
Palisi said the transition keeps leadership within the business.
“Zac understands our customers and what makes this store special,” he said. “He has been a part of CSG for many years, and I’m confident in the future of the business under his leadership.”
The company has focused on what it calls a hometown experience for customers traveling from across New England as it has grown. Guercia said customers should continue to expect personalized service and equipment expertise under the new ownership.
“Let us be your personal equipment manager,” he said. “We want every player who walks through our doors to feel like a pro.”
