Not Yet Built Custom Colonial Sells For $1.02 Million In Concord’s South End: May 2026 Sales

More than 50 properties were sold in Concord and Penacook in May 2026, including condos and manufactured homes starting at $146,000.

CONCORD, NH — May was a brisk month for property sales in Concord, according to the latest sales data.

Fifty-three properties sold during the month, ranging in price from almost $150,000 to more than $1 million.

The least expensive home sold was a 53-year-old double-wide at 20 Fairfield Drive at Crestwood, which sold for $146,000. Other manufactured homes sold for between $164,000 and $250,000.

Several condos on the Concord Heights sold for between $149,000 and $165,000, while condos and townhouses on the West Side sold for between $240,000 and $424,000.

The most expensive home sold in May was one that has not yet been built.

29 Carter St. in the South End, currently a vacant lot of a fifth of an acre, sold for $1.02 million. The custom Colonial will have three bedrooms and three bathrooms across 1,985 square feet when the home is completed.
