H. Andy Crews Confirmed for Third Term on New Hampshire Lottery Commission

CONCORD, N.H. – H. Andy Crews has been confirmed for a third term on the New Hampshire Lottery Commission. Governor Kelly Ayotte recently nominated Crews and the Executive Council confirmed him on Wednesday, June 3. He was first appointed to the New Hampshire Lottery Commission in 2020, and this term runs through 2029.

“It is an honor to continue to have the opportunity to serve on the New Hampshire Lottery Commission,” Crews said. “Each day, we look for innovative ways to engage our players, expand our player base, and deliver maximum revenue to the great public education system in our state. I am proud of what we’ve accomplished over my first two terms, and look forward to building on that success alongside the Commission and entire New Hampshire Lottery staff.”

Crews’ tenure on the New Hampshire Lottery Commission has been marked by record-breaking success and growth. The New Hampshire Lottery has seen sales growth of more than $212 million since 2020, a 54% increase. In Fiscal Year 2025, the New Hampshire Lottery broke its all-time revenue record generating nearly $209 million for public education, surpassing the previous record of $207 million, set in Fiscal Year 2024. Fiscal Year 2025 was also a record-breaking year in sports betting, as the New Hampshire Lottery broke its all-time record in money delivered to public education specifically from sports betting with a total of $39 million. In addition, during Crews’ tenure, the New Hampshire Lottery eclipsed $3 billion in total revenue generated for public education since the Lottery’s inception in 1964.

A Georgia native, Crews moved to New Hampshire from Missouri in 2006 when he took over as the President and CEO of AutoFair Automotive Group, which Crews sold in 2021. He currently serves on the boards of Citizens Count and Swim With a Mission and, in the past, has also served on the Board of Directors for the Granite State Children’s Alliance, which works to support victims of child abuse, and the Board of Trustees for the Currier Museum of Art. A proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Crews is a strong supporter of veterans’ initiatives and military-affiliated charitable organizations.

Crews has been recognized several times as a result of his business success and community involvement. Crews was named Business Leader of the Year by Business NH Magazine in 2017, Citizen of the Year by the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce in 2015 and he was also honored by TIME Magazine as Dealer of the Year in 2015.
