CONCORD, NH — Dozens of homes, condos, townhouses, and manufactured homes were sold in Concord and Penacook last month, according to the latest sales data.
Fifty-nine properties were sold in June 2026, ranging in price from $1.46 million for a five-bedroom, five-bathroom home on 10 Checkerberry Lane in East Concord to a $149,000 two-bedroom condo at 185 Loudon Road, on the Concord Heights.
According to the latest data, two condos sold last month (the other was a one-bedroom on East Side Drive, which sold for $160,000). Manufactured homes sold for between $174,600 and $305,000. Several townhouses also sold last month. They were priced between $ 265,000 and $ 432,000.
Three single-family homes sold for more than $1 million.
