CONCORD, NH — An Ossipee murder case that began in December 2023 reached a new milestone today when William Kelly, 40, was sentenced in Carroll County Superior Court for the murder of his girlfriend, Christine Falzone, 33, and the murder of Ms. Falzone's unborn child.
Attorney General John M. Formella announced the sentence.
The killings took place in Ossipee on Dec. 17, 2023. The court sentenced Kelly to two second-degree murder convictions, one tied to Falzone's death and the other tied to the death of her unborn child.
Kelly was sentenced to 40 years to life on the second-degree murder conviction relating to the death of Christine Falzone. He also was sentenced to 40 years to life on the second-degree murder conviction relating to Ms. Falzone's unborn child.
The sentences will be served consecutively, which means Kelly received an aggregate prison term of 80 years to life.
