CONCORD, NH — July was another hot month for real estate transactions in Concord and Penacook, with 49 sales for the month, according to the latest sales data.
The most expensive home sold was 83 W. Parish Road, a newly constructed four-bedroom home on 5 acres, which fetched $1,048,125. It was the only home sold for more than $1 million in July.
A dozen homes sold for $500,000 or more.
According to the data, the average property sale price was around $432,000, while the median was $410,000. For single-family home sales, the average was $533,000, while the median was nearly $480,000.
Several townhouses, condominiums, and manufactured homes also sold last month.
The least expensive property transaction was a manufactured home at 8 South Emperor Drive, which sold for $149,900.
