Concord Police Probe Crash Into Target Store Entrance On D'Amante Drive (patch.com) — Shoppers at the Target on D'Amante Drive in Concord saw emergency crews rush in Monday evening after a silver Kia Soul crashed into the store's front entrance, injuring three people, including a pregnant woman and a child. Concord police say the store remains open while they investigate the single-vehicle crash and are asking anyone with information to contact them or the Concord Regional Crimeline.
   

2. Concord Police Investigating Racist, Antisemitic Graffiti Found On Merrimack River Greenway Trail (patch.com) — Residents who use Concord's Merrimack River Greenway Trail may notice missing or painted-over signs after city workers discovered racist and antisemitic graffiti there Monday morning. Concord police, led by Interim Chief Barrett Moulton, quickly coordinated cleanup and are now seeking tips through the Concord Regional Crimeline as they investigate this and possibly related tagging incidents.
   

3. Liberty Utilities Says It Needs Rate Increase To Improve Modernization (patch.com) — Concord natural gas customers could see bills rise if Liberty Utilities' proposed 16-percent rate increase is approved, potentially adding about $26 a month for typical users. The company, which has an office in Concord, says higher rates are needed to fund system upgrades, while Rep. Maggie Goodlander is intervening to scrutinize the request on behalf of District 2 residents.
   

4. Gruters Pledges RNC Will Spend 'Whatever It Takes' To Win In New Hampshire (patch.com) — Concord hosted a Republican unity breakfast where RNC Chair Joe Gruters vowed to spend "whatever it takes" to help elect New Hampshire's GOP ticket this November. Party leaders, including Gov. Kelly Ayotte and U.S. Senate candidate John Sununu, emphasized Republican unity, contrasted it with Democratic divisions, and highlighted issues like affordability, energy costs, and preserving the state's tax structure.
