What Would be Good for 2 Capital Plaza?

In our latest edition of , we look at 2 Capital Plaza, a premiere spot on North Main Street.

The storefront is the former home of Peggy Anne’s Quilting and Sewing, which sold fabric and sewing machines (Peggy Anne’s is still in business in Candia, with an online site).

According to the Premiere Properties website, the retail space is estimated to be between 1,000 and 1,200 square feet and is renting for between $16 and $18.50 per square foot, plus electric.
