O'Brien Won't Run for Congress

The former House Speaker said he's taking a job in the private sector instead.

Former House Speaker Bill O'Brien (R-Mont Vernon) announced Friday that he will not seek the 2nd District Congressional seat next year, according to WMUR.

O'Brien told the television station that he will be taking a job in the private sector, but wouldn't say what that job is. So far, no other candidates have come forward to challenge incumbent Annie Kuster, a Democrat.
