2 From Maine Arrested After Half Pound Bag Of Meth Seized In Exeter
Clifford Clark and Daniel Lyons, both of Turner, Maine, are facing drug charges after NH State Police stopped a vehicle on Route 101 Sunday.

EXETER, NH — Two men from Maine are facing drug charges after a stop on Route 101 on Sunday.
Around 9:30 p.m., New Hampshire State Police troopers began receiving reports of a vehicle “operating hazardously” in Manchester while driving east on the highway, Amber Lagace, a public information officer, said. State police located the vehicle and accused the driver of operating unsafely and being involved in multiple moving violations.
The vehicle was stopped in Exeter, and a trooper spoke with both Clifford Clark, 48, of Turner, Maine, who was driving, and Daniel Lyons, 56, also have Turner, ME.

“A roadside investigation was conducted, which led the investigating trooper to believe that drugs were being transported in the vehicle,” Lagace said. “The trooper applied for and was granted a search warrant to search the vehicle. Upon search of the vehicle, a half-pound of methamphetamine was located in the trunk.”
Clark is facing drug possession, transportation, and driving after suspension charges as well as misuse of plates, highway markings, and lane control violations. Lyons is also facing a possession charge.
