Man Charged with DWI on Route 101 in Exeter

New Hampshire State Police Troop A made the following arrests between Oct. 25 and Oct. 31:

Monday, Oct. 25

• Elvis Nunez, 22, of Dorchester, MA was arrested on Garrison Avenue in Durham and charged with transportation of a controlled drug and open container.
• Kristina Banys, 25, of Newburyport, MA was arrested on Interstate 95 in Portsmouth and charged with possession of a controlled drug.
• Charlie Philbrick, 29, of Hampton was arrested on Route 125 in Epping and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, reckless conduct and endangering the welfare of a child.
• Andrew Hermetet, 29, of Hampstead was arrested on Route 101 in Exeter and charged with driving while intoxicated.
• Erik Destefano, 27, of Rochester was arrested on Route 108 in Somersworth and charged with subsequent offense operating after suspension.

• Patrick Chadbourne, 21, of Scarborough, ME was arrested on Interstate 95 in Portsmouth and charged with driving while intoxicated.
• Kristin Holtz, 41, of Hampton, NH was arrested on Lafayette Road in Hampton and charged with conduct with an accident.
• Gary Williams, 38, of Norwalk, CT was arrested on Route 16 in Rochester on an outstanding bench warrant. The charge was not specified.
• Justeen Burns, 30, of Bartlett was arrested Route 16 in Rochester on an outstanding bench warrant. The charge was not specified.
• Jeremy Britton, 22, of Epping was arrested on Route 125 in Epping and charged with possession of a prescription drug without a prescription.

• Gerald McKay, 33, of Milton was arrested on Route 16 in Rochester and charged with driving while intoxicated.
• Kurt Hansbury, 40, of York, ME was arrested on Interstate 95 in Portsmouth and charged with driving while intoxicated.

• Amisha Preston, 18, of Bangor, ME was arrested on Interstate 95 in Portsmouth and charged with possession of a controlled drug.
• Rashon Sumler, 27, of Bangor, ME was arrested on Interstate 95 in Portsmouth and charged with possession of a narcotic drug.
• Tommie Smith, 28, of Bangor, ME was arrested on Interstate 95 in Portsmouth and charged with possession of a narcotic drug with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled drug and operating after suspension.

• Erin Fuller, 33, of Hooksett was arrested on Interstate 95 in Portsmouth and charged with subsequent offense operating after suspension and disobeying an officer.

• Kelli Quinn, 31, of Merrimack was arrested on Route 101 in Hampton and charged with driving while intoxicated.

• Robert Lougee, 18, of Bow was arrested on Garrison Avenue in Durham and charged with disorderly conduct.
• Justin Pimentel, 18, of Pelham was arrested on Garrison Avenue in Durham and charged with disorderly conduct.
• Brandon Oelschlager, 37, of Milton was arrested on Route 125 in Rochester and charged with subsequent offense operating after suspension.
