50 year old Exeter Resident earns Gold

Exeter Resident Wins Gold

At the New Hampshire State Tae Kwon Do championships held on October 19th in Pembroke, 50 year old Exeter resident Nancy Johnson won Gold in forms, and Silver in Sparring.  Nancy also earned a Silver in Breaking – competing against men!

18 year old Exeter resident, Castine Bernardy, also received a Silver in Sparring, along with 13 year old Jacob Ortiz of East Kingston.  Bernardy and Ortiz did not compete in the forms or breaking categories.
