Red Iguana, a Mexican restaurant in East Kingston, is set to open a new location in Epping, according to Seacoastonline.

The new Red Iguana is slated to open this spring at the new Brickyard Square plaza at the intersection of routes 101 and 125 in Epping, owner Mario Herrera told the news website.

Red Iguana will be the latest in a string of businesses to open in the plaza, which is located just a short distance from Exeter. Most recently, Brentwood Dental Designs and a new O'Neil Cinemas location opened in the plaza, joining a Market Basket, Marshall's and several other stores. Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt, which recently opened a store in downtown Exeter, is also scheduled to open a store in the Epping plaza in the near future.
