1. Amazon hiring 100 NH workers. Amazon is hiring more than 70,000 workers across the country for the holiday season. That includes 100 full-time positions that it's filling in New Hampshire.

3. Government shutdown. Gov. Maggie Hassan said the current government shutdown is unconscionable.
