Exeter Murder Case Topic of 'Deadly Sins' Show

A sensational New Hampshire murder case, recently profiled in a bestselling book, will be the focus of popular true crime TV show on the Investigation Discovery (ID) network this Saturday. The show “Deadly Sins” will highlight the case of Stratham’s Seth Bader, who was convicted of killing his ex-wife in 1996. The episode will feature interviews with local authors Kevin Flynn and Rebecca Lavoie, who penned Legally Dead, which detailed Bader’s plot to terrorize then murder Vicki Lynn Bader of Exeter. The show also includes interviews with investigators, including US Attorney John Kacavas.

The episode, entitled “Commander and Thief,” also features the story of Canadian Air Force officer Russell Williams who kidnapped and murdered women. “Deadly Sins” airs from 9:00 – 10:00 pm; the Bader story will be presented second.

“We’re really thrilled that ‘Deadly Sins’ chose to feature the Bader case. They’ve done a great job recreating the characters involved and the conflict between them all,” said Flynn. “Investigation Discovery is cable TV’s fastest growing network and it’s really the home for anyone fascinated by the human drama of true crime.”
