Another Attorney General Public Corruption Allegation Filed.

Dear Attorney General,

Please accept this letter as my formal allegation of public corruption against Mr. Todd Allen and the Newmarket School Board. This letter is meant to augment my previous and ongoing allegations against the Newmarket School District.

Newmarket Interim Superintendent of Schools, Todd Allen, is currently engaged in unethical, immoral, and criminal acts justifying this allegation of public corruption.

Mr. Allen, through school district attorney Barbara Lougfhman, denied my request to inspect the allegedly sealed meeting minutes of the 2015 superintendent screening committee meeting minutes.

The superintendent screening committee never sealed any nonpublic meeting minutes; both the chairman of that 2015 committee, Al Zink, and committee member Steve Fournier are on the record stating these alleged nonpublic meeting minutes were not sealed.

Fact: attorney Loughman is on the record claiming Al Zink is the person who informed her the screening committee sealed the minutes; this was a lie as exposed by Al Zink and Steve Fournier.

Attorney Loughman lied on behalf of the Newmarket school district when she informed Rockingham Superior Court and the New Hampshire Supreme Court (on multiple occasions) that the screening committee sealed these minutes.

Loughman lied on behalf of the school district because the screening committee kept no minutes and she sought to protect the district from a violation of RSA 91-A.

Loughman, on behalf of the district also lied to the court regarding these alleged sealed minutes in order to extort nearly six thousand dollars from me in the form of attorney fees.

Mr. Allen, in full cooperation with the Newmarket school board and attorney Loughman, has now continued this unethical, immoral, and criminal act when he authorized Loughman to deny my request to inspect the alleged sealed meeting minutes which he knows do not exist.

I stand ready to provide your office with additional information which may aid in your investigation.
