Beer Dinner

Cornucopia Seasonal Dinner Series Hosted by the Inn By The Bandstand
Friday, January 31, 6-9PM                                               $80 per  person

Colonial-Themed
5 Course Beer Dinner featuring Long Trail Brewing Company Ales and
prepared by local chef Rolf Strub of Rolf's Kitchen Project.

We are revisiting the root cellars and smoke houses of our ancestors.

Let's imagine what it might have been like. A ship recently docked
after visiting the Caribbean and we traded some of our late harvest
produce for lemons at the Portsmouth harbor. The salted cod fish from
our local waters has been soaking for 2 day . The celery root and
parsnips are at their finest and will be welcome at the table. The
farmer just delivered a quarter of beef and we have growlers of ale to
cook it with (and perhaps sip in the process!).

This colonial
inspired feast will be a treat for your senses. Come and dine with us
to experience these special dishes paired with remarkable beers.
