Beginner Boot Camp – An energizing interval training class. Encouraging instructors will guide you on proper form and provide variations on each exercise to continue to challenge you as you get stronger. The class is designed with beginners in mind, but all levels are welcome.
Beginner Boot Camp will be offered TUE 3:30-4:30 PM, WED 9:30-10:30 AM, and TH 5-6 PM beginning February 11, 2014. Drop-in rate: $8 per class or $35 for a 5-Pack of classes.
