Benefit Raises Over $2,200 for Great Bay Charter School

Community Oven in Hampton Hosts Fundraiser for Exeter School

A recent fundraiser at the Community Oven in Hampton raised over $2,200 for the Great Bay Charter School in Exeter.


The restaurant donated 20 percent of proceeds on April 18th to the school. Members of the school’s Boosters club also organized a silent auction, during which a framed print donated by Stratham photographer Tony Baldasaro garnered the top bid of any item at $500.


Great Bay Charter School is a project-based school in Exeter that serves students in grades 6-12. As a public charter school, GBCS is a tuition-free alternative to larger, traditional public schools, and is open to students from throughout New Hampshire. For more information, visit www.gbecs.org
