Bicyclist Dies After Being Hit by Truck in Exeter

Alert notices on Twitter are reporting that a bicyclist was hit by a truck on Epping Road/Route 27 on July 22, 2015. The rider later succumbed to the injuries and died, according to NorthEast Fire Alerts.

The accident occurred around 3 p.m. after a garbage truck struck the bicyclist. New Hampshire State Police are reportedly at the scene investigating the incident.

Route 27 was closed for about four hours while NHSP surveyed the scene. The name of the victim has not been released yet.
