
Blue Moon Evolution's unique Food and Health Forum continues tonight when chef and author Amy Cotler speaks about the "locavore" movement.
Blue Moon, which has been for its use of local, sustainable ingredients, launched the forum a few months ago as an education initiative.
Cotler is the author of The Locavore Way: Discover & Enjoy the Pleasures of Locally Grown Food. Participants can enjoy dinner and hear her presentation on how to buy, cook, and eat food grown, raised and produced close to home.

The forum tonight goes from 6:30 to 9.
The cost for the forum is $70. It includes a three-course dinner from Blue Moon's , along with a glass of wine. There are special rates for farmers ($35) and non-profits ($55).

The Food and Health Forum is a venture between the owner of Blue Moon Evolution, Kathy Gallant, and nutritionist and health coach, Tracey Miller. A portion of the proceeds will go towards the Community Garden.
