Big, Bold, Bright Workshop at Main Street Art!

     Main Street Art is embracing STEM to STE[A]M in our 2013 Community Art Project - Big, Bold, Bright. Artists Kirsten Reynolds and Sam Paolini are offering free workshops to teach about installation art. Participants will help create a large, colorful sculpture that will be enjoyed by the public throughout the summer.

     There are two workshops remaining: Saturday, June 1 and Saturday, June 8.

Saturday, June 1: Participants will work with Sam on stenciling and printing the patterns for the sculpture.

Saturday, June 8: Participants will help Sam and Kirsten assemble the finished sculpture.

     Both workshops are from 10am-12pm at Main Street Art (75 Main Street in Newfields.) They are free to all; walk-ins are welcome, but if you can, let us know you are coming: 580-5835.

      Come back to MSA on Friday, June 14 for the official opening of Big, Bold, Bright from 5:30-7:30pm.
