NH AG Joseph Foster to Address Business Leaders in Concord

The Business and Industry Association of New Hampshire is pleased to host Attorney General Joseph Foster on June 27 for a briefing with business leaders. The attorney general will speak at a breakfast event to be held at the Grappone Conference Center in Concord from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. The event is sponsored by Bernstein Shur, Gallagher Callahan and Gartrell, McLane Graf Raulerson and Middleton, Orr and Reno, Pierce Atwood, and Sheehan Phinney Bass and Green.
Foster will discuss his new role as attorney general, the challenges facing his office, and how the office interacts with the business community. He is expected to provide brief comments and take questions from the audience.
Attorney General Foster was sworn into office on May 15, 2013. He was head of the bankruptcy group at the law firm McLane, Graf, Raulerson and Middleton. A Nashua resident, Foster served in the New Hampshire House from 1995 to 1998 and in the Senate from 2002 to 2008. He chaired the Senate Judiciary Committee and was majority leader for two years. Additionally, Foster served on the Court Accreditation Commission and Judicial Council, New Hampshire Gaming Study Commission as vice chair, Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce Advocacy Committee and Oversight Committee for the City of Nashua's Revolving Loan Fund.
