Priorities if elected:

To continue the progress the State Senate made in keeping taxes low, make sure the budget stays balanced, and to reform state government so that small-businesses and entrepreneurs can thrive in this economy. The only way New Hampshire will grow is if the people putting its citizens to work are in a position to grow. Through collaborations with private businesses, working with our education system to provide the skills our students need to succeed in the current environment, and through eliminating or reducing onerous regulations, New Hampshire will continue to be a leader in New England and in our country.

Why are you running?

As a small-business owner that employs 38 people, I understand the challenges that government can place on those trying to succeed. As a father of five and a homeowner, I know how taxes affect a household budget. As a lifelong resident of New Hampshire, I see how tax dollars spent wisely can benefit our community (and how wasted dollars breeds distrust in government). Most of all, as a citizen, I want to be able to contribute to the growth of our state - for now and for the next generation.
