Cat Tales Rescue...Giving Thanks Fundraiser Countdown

Get to know Cat Tales Rescue, a local 501(c)3 nonprofit, dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of homeless felines. The organization, founded in 2015, provides safe homes, necessary medical care, and new beginnings for the animals. This past year, Cat Tales has rescued more than 900 cats, and over 1,000 were adopted in 2021. This is not an easy task, it takes a village. With a staff of all volunteers, this past year was a success, however, not without its challenges. Cat Tales experienced a very busy kitten season in 2022. Just as they were hoping it was winding down, a large intake of even more youngsters occurred recently.

Currently, donations are needed to help get the next twenty-four (24) fixed. Included in those twenty-four are Cleopatra and her adorable kittens, soon to be available for adoption. Cleopatra came to Cat Tales in a box with holes, labeled "feral". Upon opening the box, a very sweet, adorable and VERY pregnant girl came bounding out! The staff was certain she would deliver at any moment. However, she held tight for two weeks in a safe home. She has since been a very doting mom. "We are happy she landed on our doorsteps, in time to have her kittens in a warm and nourishing environment. She and her babies have been showered with so much love and attention."
